Historical Acceptance Rates

For the application year 2024, Tulane University recorded an overall acceptance rate of 14.59%, accepting 4,879 out of 33,468 applicants. Early Action (EA) saw a significantly higher acceptance rate of 68%, with 1,258 admissions from 1,853 applicants, while the Regular Decision (RD) acceptance rate was much lower at 11.45%, with 3,621 out of 31,615 applicants accepted. This marks a notable increase from the previous year (2023), which had an acceptance rate of 13.15%.
