The University of Central Florida's overall acceptance rate has seen a decline, dropping to 39.52% for the application year 2024 compared to 50% in 2023. The previous year had an applicant pool of 34,886 with 17,441 accepted. In 2021, the overall acceptance rate was 44.4% with 45,118 applicants and 20,016 admissions. Historical trends indicate a fluctuating acceptance rate, with previous rates at 50% for the classes of 2019 and 2023, and around 49.9% to 50% in the years before that.
