Students must answer both questions.</li><li>A GDC calculator is required for this paper.&nbsp;</li><li>Paper 3 focuses on the HL content of the Math AI syllabus.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;A typical Math AI Paper 3 question may look the following way:&nbsp;Alessia is an ecologist working for Mediterranean fishing authorities. She is interested in whether the mackerel population density is likely to fall below 5000 mackerel per km3, as this is the minimum value required for sustainable fishing.
